In practice
People, projects, precision.
An organization chart alone does not define the group. The group takes shape through everyday work: on projects, with clients, on construction sites, in surveying, and in digital production.

How the group works together
What the group provides.
These services are optional: each subsidiary decides which to use and what to manage itself. Only standards for IT security, reporting, and transparency across the group are mandatory.
Additional 3D and BIM capacity
Established production capacity for digital building data and BIM. Project management, responsibility for quality, and client relationships remain in Switzerland. The additional capacity eases pressure during peaks in demand and when handling large data volumes.
Digital condition survey platform
A digital platform to support pre-construction condition surveys, condition documentation, and efficient project delivery. Already available for use within the group.
IT security
A shared approach to IT security, covering strategy, cybersecurity, penetration testing, hardware and software evaluation, and group purchasing benefits.
AI and digitalization
Joint pilot projects, tools, processes, training, and shared experience. The companies benefit from one another rather than experimenting in isolation.
Marketing and market development
Support with digital marketing, social media, PR, service development, and a stronger local market presence while preserving each subsidiary's independent brand.
HR and finance
Support with recruiting, employee share ownership, management accounting, reporting, and financial processes tailored to the group.
Geozug Ingenieure AG has joined the SEU Group
All three owners continue to run the company, and Romano Hofmann joins SEU's Board of Directors. An example of how the SEU model works in practice.
