Chairman of the Board

Engineer (ETH/SIA) and federally licensed cadastral surveyor. A co-owner of HMQ since 1997, he helped build the company into today's HMQ group over almost three decades of operational leadership. Entrepreneur involved in several businesses, with seats on multiple Boards of Directors.

Responsible for: strategy, leading the Board of Directors, shareholder relations, and entrepreneurial principles.

Christian Vetsch

Managing Director of the SEU Group, Member of the Board

Surveying engineer FHNW, Executive MBA FHGR, CAS M&A ZHAW. With HMQ since 1994, co-owner since 2009. Over 30 years in surveying.

Responsible for: operational management of the SEU Group, integration of the companies, and the geomatics network.

Vice Chairman, M&A

Lic. oec. HSG. 20 years in direct investments and private equity (Rivean Capital, Verium, Trilenium). Previously in management consulting at Arthur D. Little.

Responsible for: M&A, negotiations, ownership structure, and investor relations. He guides owners through processes he spent twenty years navigating on the buyer's side.

CFO

Geomatics technician, qualified surveying technician. 22 years of experience teaching intercompany training courses II and 10 years teaching at a vocational school. Extensive leadership experience as Managing Director of U. Müller Ingenieure AG and ING PLUS AG.

Responsible for: representing the subsidiaries' perspective, ensuring operational continuity, and managing ING PLUS AG.

Romano Hofmann

Member of the Board, member of the executive management of Geozug Ingenieure AG

Geomatics engineer (ETH) and federally licensed cadastral surveyor. Member of the executive management of Geozug Ingenieure AG, Head of Cadastral Surveying. Construction Surveying. Cadastral surveyor responsible for maintaining the cadastral survey in all eleven municipalities in the canton of Zug. Member of the executive committee of Ingenieur-Geometer Schweiz (IGS).

Responsible for: representing the subsidiaries' perspective, cadastral surveying, operational continuity, serving on the Executive Management of Geozug Ingenieure AG, and representing the company in professional associations.

Ownership

Who owns SEU.

The SEU holding is entrepreneur-owned. Its shareholders include the entrepreneurs who built HMQ into today's group, owners whose companies join the group, and key people and employees from those companies who hold shares through the employee share program. They are joined by private shareholders with a long-term outlook. SEU is not an anonymous fund. Owners who sell to SEU know who they are working with.
